Yes. We only book through trusted suppliers. Where applicable, holidays are protected by ATOL and/or ABTA. The level of protection depends on the supplier and type of booking, and we’ll always explain this before you book.

The maximum number of travelers per package varies depending on the package. Please check the package details for information on the maximum number of travelers allowed.

No. While Travel Vault Holidays is based in Jersey, we can arrange holidays for customers throughout the UK and the Channel Islands. Whether you’re travelling from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Jersey, Guernsey or elsewhere, we’re happy to help find your perfect holiday.

We don’t disappear after you’ve booked. We’re here to help with questions, amendments (where permitted), travel advice and support right up until you return home.

Changes and cancellations depend on the supplier’s terms and conditions. Any charges will be explained before any changes are made.

Your travel documents will usually be sent electronically once your booking has been confirmed and all supplier requirements have been met. If requested, and where available, travel documents may also be sent by post. Please note that postal delivery times may vary, and additional charges may apply.
