Travel Vault Holidays was founded by Richard, a passionate traveller who believes booking a holiday should be exciting, personal and completely stress-free.
After years of running a successful customer-focused business, Richard wanted to bring the same level of care, honesty and attention to detail to the travel industry. Every enquiry is handled personally, taking the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for before searching hundreds of trusted travel suppliers to find the right holiday at the best possible value.
Travelling with family has also shown Richard that every traveller has different needs. Having experienced the challenge of finding hotels that can safely cater for a gluten-free diet, he understands how important it is to research destinations and accommodation carefully. While no travel agent can guarantee a hotel’s catering, we’ll do our very best to help you find options that meet your dietary, allergy, accessibility and other special requirements.
